The place was relaxing and clean. the staff were outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice. the location is good, just a pleasant stroll away from a key neighborhood mall.

The venue is huge and clean with a great value and exceptionally nice staff. They offer reasonably large, airy rooms with a very relaxing classic design.

The property is very well decorated and recently refurbished. The hotel is conveniently located in the Lahug district, close to shopping malls, restaurants, and other attractions.- The staff are very professional and manage on-site parking efficiently.

It's my first option in Cebu, thanks very much. The rooms are a nice size with panoramic views. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is savory and large. Location is peaceful and comfortable, close to everything. The outside landscaping was gorgeous.

We were given a double room, it was reasonably large and airy. The location was particularly good, at another station miles away with easy access to a night market and a market.

the venue was great looking and luxury, i enjoyed the location just next door to premium malls, the restaurants inside the building and the airport, and city views. i asked for double room and it was airy.

Great city view from room. Exceptional service, arranged early morning taxi. Hot water, decent bed. Expensive but extensive 24-hour room service. Good food. Room service should check and report well.

Too many people, had to wait a long time for the elevator. It's an old hotel.

The staff especially the laundry. They are flexible according to your needs.

The toilet is very dirty, shower curtain is at very poor standard, the cabinet is of poor quality and the TV set is 20 years back.
